Appointments & Deposits

Some services require a deposit to reserve your appointment. Deposit requirements will be clearly displayed during the booking process. EXAMPLE BELOW:

Perm Services

• Starting price: $100+

• Required booking deposit: $25

• The deposit is applied toward your final service total.

• The remaining balance is due at the completion of your appointment.

Other specialty services may have different deposit requirements, which will be communicated before booking.

Deposits help us reserve the necessary time and resources for your appointment.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly request at least 48 hours' notice before your scheduled appointment.

Rescheduling with 24+ Hours' Notice

Your deposit may be transferred to your rescheduled appointment at no additional charge, subject to appointment availability.

Cancellations with Less Than 24 Hours' Notice

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Salon-Initiated Cancellations

If we need to cancel your appointment, you will have the option to receive a full refund of your deposit or transfer it to a new appointment.

No-Shows

A missed appointment without prior notification is considered a no-show.

Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment will forfeit any deposit paid.

Repeated no-shows may result in additional booking requirements or restrictions on future appointments.

Late Arrivals

We kindly ask that you arrive on time to ensure your stylist has adequate time to provide your scheduled service.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment depending on availability.

If your appointment cannot be accommodated due to late arrival, the deposit may be forfeited.

Service Pricing

Our service prices reflect the starting cost of each treatment.

Final pricing may vary based on factors including:

• Hair length and thickness

• Hair condition and previous treatments

• Product usage

• Service complexity and time required

For example, a perm advertised at $100+ has a starting price of $100, but the final total may be higher depending on your individual hair needs.

Your stylist will discuss any additional charges with you before beginning your service.

Consultations

Certain services, including color corrections, major color transformations, and hair extensions, may require a consultation before scheduling.

Consultations help us understand your hair goals, evaluate your hair's condition, and provide realistic expectations regarding pricing, results, and appointment duration.

Service Satisfaction & Adjustments

Your satisfaction is important to us.

If you have concerns about your completed service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment.

We welcome the opportunity to review your concerns and determine whether an adjustment is appropriate.

Adjustments and refund requests are evaluated individually based on the circumstances of the service.

Health & Safety

Please inform your stylist of any allergies, scalp sensitivities, or recent chemical treatments that may affect your appointment.

For your safety, we may recommend an alternative treatment, postpone a service, or decline a service if we believe it could compromise the health of your hair or scalp.
